A Message from Gregory Norbet
"I saw written as in letters of gold the word GOODNESS...I beheld it written upon all creatures... all bore this name GOODNESS...." St. Therese Couderc, Foundress of the Cenacle. (1805-1885)
A few years ago, I was privileged to receive the hospitality of the Cenacle Community* on Long Island. I was very toughted by their spirit, the environment and the deep soulfulness of some writings of their Foundress, St Therese.
May I recommend to you, during this Lenten season, or at another time, a few hours or a day or two spent in Retreat and Silence at a Cenacle or some other place where you are hosted by the Spirit. Perhaps there is a Goodness within that awaits your recognition. The world around you needs you clearly grounded and aware of that gift of God and the unique manner in which you manifest that GOODNESS in all honesty and simplicity.
Let us pray for each other,
brother Gregory Norbet

God of Peace, may your peace be.
God of Love, may your love we share.
Keep alive in us, as day fades into night,
your compassion, your great mercy for all.
Bless God with full heart as you wait with love.
Lift your hands in praise,
raise your eyes with hope,
and know the Holy One you seek is here.
